My Software

Each of these are utilities or software projects that I have worked on in the last few years or as long ago as twenty six years ago during my training. I have on and off over the years worked in the field during the less turbulent times in life and some of them are the result of that effort or just sheer determination between bouts of writing A Lady's Prerogative, Testament Of Time, The Archive and more recently Heroes Of Our Own or writing music. I am dedicated to each of these areas though I tend to jump from one to the other quite frequently.

Most are freely available here until the means and resources for publishing can be ascertained while some will always remain freely available as a means to give back a little to the well from whence I've drawn.

New Software Announcement

In the next few weeks, I will be releasing my latest software offering before a planned release. The software application (called Shhhh) has been in development for the last two years, in between sessions of writing A Lady's Prerogative, Heroes Of Our Own and Stories From The End. I'm just rounding out the end of the development cycle and am in the last milestone so expect a limited release in the next few weeks. I hope that you'll give it a try and you'll definitely find it useful if you have a lot of online accounts and passwords to manage, or like instantaneous text macro capabilities across all applications on your desktop. It will and has been tested on Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and 8.1. I've been running it since its first milestone about a year and a half ago and it really has taken shape as a useful application.

Very Simple Check List

An extremely lightweight todo list that I actually wrote as a desktop application to facilitate the work on some of my projects. It is persistent meaning that when you close it, the contents are saved just as they are restored when you start the application.

Font Spy: The Covert Font Browser

This is a very compact and simple font browsing utility for all of you desktop publishing and design experts out there. This is a compact font browsing application for Windows based computers with some great features:

It sits in your task tray until you need it, using few resources.
Allows you to preview all installed fonts in two formats. A grid with each character displayed in sequence so you can view characters that don't occur on the keyboard and in a rich text editor.
